摘要
本文阐述了用于测量低频超声清洗声场强度的几种实用方法,介绍了每种测量方法的基本原理,并对各自的优缺点进行了对比分析,最后介绍了国内外一些相关的测量设备。结合目前低频超声清洗声场测量方面的研究现状,探讨了今后该领域急需解决的问题。
This paper reviews some practicalmeasurement methods of the low-frequency ultrasonic fields for cleaning, and introduce theirs principles, besides comparing theirs advantages and disadvantages. Finally, the paper introduces some relative measurement equipments around the world, and raises some problems to be further studied in the future according to the current situa- tion of research in measurement domain of the low-frequency ultrasonic fields for cleaning .
