摘要
目的探析成人肱骨中下段骨折应用肱骨远端解剖钢板疗法的临床效果。方法入选我院成人肱骨中下段骨折患者66例,按治疗方法的不同分为治疗组、对照组,各33例,治疗组实施肱骨远端解剖钢板疗法,对照组实施髓内钉内固定疗法,比较两组的手术参数、临床效果及并发症情况。结果治疗组的手术参数显著优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05);术后随访6个月,治疗组的肩肘关节评分指标显著优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组的并发症情况显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论成人肱骨中下段骨折实施肱骨远端解剖钢板疗法,临床效果确切,可靠安全,术后康复迅速,值得临床推广。
Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical effect of application of anatomical plate of distal humerus for treatment of adult fractures of middle-inferior humerus. Methods 66 patients with adult fractures of middle-inferior humerus were chosen and divided into treatment group and control group both with 33 cases according to different treatment methods. Treatment group was given anatomical plate of distal humerus therapy and control group was given intramedullary nail internal fixation therapy. Op- eration parameters, clinical effects and complications of the 2 groups were compared. Results Operation parameters of treatment group were obviously better than control group （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. By 6 months follow-up visit, scores of shoulder and elbow joint of treatment group were obviously higher than control group （P〈0.01）. Complications of treatment group were obviously fewer than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Anatomical plate of distal humerus therapy for treatment of adult fractures of middle-inferior humerus has an accurate clinical effect, it＇ s safe and reliable, and the rehabilitation after operation is quick. So it is worth of being pooularized in clinical work.
