睡眠与癫痫临床相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探索睡眠与癫痫的临床相关性。方法随机选取我院2009年1月—2012年2月收入的癫痫患者30例为研究对象,作为观察组,另取30例健康人作为对照组,分别对其脑电图进行动态监测,分析总结其结果。结果两组在总的睡眠时间以及REM期的对比中,差异无统计学意义,但观察组的NREMⅠ、Ⅱ期较对照组相比显著延长,而NREMⅢ、Ⅳ期却又相对对照组明显缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组30例患者中,于清醒状态时出现痫样放电的有3例(占10.0%),于睡眠时出现痫样放电的有21例(占70.0%);而于睡眠的NREMⅠ、Ⅱ期所出现的痫样放电者最多,为19例(90.5%),仅有2例(9.5%)出现于NREMⅢ、Ⅳ期。结论癫痫的发作与睡眠时相有极为密切的关系,其痫样放电主要发生于睡眠期NREMⅠ、Ⅱ期,严重影响睡眠质量,而睡眠障碍也会导致癫痫的发作。因此,重视癫痫患者的睡眠对控制癫痫发作、提高生活质量有非常重要的意义。
