摘要
分析了水利工程施工进度计划的风险性及利率和物价上涨因素对建设期成本的影响,以各项工作的持续时间为研究对象,提出了质量关于工期的分段二次函数关系式,建立了综合考虑成本-质量-完工风险的进度优化模型。根据直觉模糊集理论给出了方案综合评价方法,采用遗传算法求解多模式多目标模型的最优解,从而得到满意的决策方案。最后,算例验证了模型的合理性和方法的有效性。
This paper presents an analysis on the schedule risks of hydraulic engineering construction and the effects of interest rate and inflation on construction cost. We derived a piecewise quadratic function of construction quality of different construction phases and developed a schedule optimization model with comprehensive consideration of cost-quality-completion risks. To obtain a satisfactory decision, the intuitionstic fuzzy set theory was used for comprehensive evaluation of schedules and a multi-modes multi-objectives optimization problem was solved by using a genetic algorithm. An example is given to demonstrate the application and effectiveness of this model.
