摘要
隔离社区是一种方兴未艾的可防卫居住模式,它的兴盛使建立在传统社区基础上的管理模式受到极大挑战。在这一背景下,本文以隔离社区的概念解读为起点,全面诠释了隔离社区的特征及其兴盛的内在原因,全面分析了隔离社区管理的现实危机,试图通过治理理论探寻我国隔离社区管理的理想路径。然而隔离社区的特性与社区治理理念之间存在着张力,造成了隔离社区治理的现实诘难,并深入剖析我国现有政策工具背后潜藏的治理范式危机,努力辨别中国式社区治理的方向。
Gated community,as a defensible residence pattern,is still grow ing. T he prosperity of gated community is a great challenge to traditional community management mode. In this context,starting w ith the interpretation to the concept of gated community and the answ er to its prosperity,the author is trying to find the w ay to a good solution to the community's governance in C hina by the governance theory w hich is based on comprehensive analysis of the realistic crisis to the gated community's governance. How ever,the tension betw een characteristics of gated community and its philosophy,w hich is bringing a big question to gated community,and then the author analyses thoroughly the crisis to the governance paradigm of C hina's communities latent in C hina's policy tools at present and is trying to find a w ay to the governance of C hina's communities.
