摘要
中国住房政策与住房改革成为国外学者研究中国的重要领域之一。本文介绍并分析了国外学者对中国住房政策和住房制度的研究现状,分析了国外对中国住房研究的主要领域及其研究方法,评析了其主要贡献和不足,并在此基础上阐述了国外中国住房研究对中国解决住房问题和发展住房研究的意义和借鉴作用。
Housing policy and housing reform have become one of the key subjects among the scholars of western China study.This paper briefly reviews the western documents of China's housing policy,analyzes the major research areas and methodology,and then,makes a comment on its contributions and limitations.It concludes with exploring its implications in dealing with the current housing problems and promoting housing studies in China.
