摘要
本实验对中医治疗糖尿病一些单方、验方的药效学和有效成分进行初步的探索,药物选择了黄皮树根、僵蚕、猪脾、洋葱、荔枝核等。实验结果表明,醇提黄皮树根、粉僵蚕、醇提猪脾、粉猪脾、水提荔枝核以及洋葱汁和醇提洋葱均有较好的降血糖效果。与优降糖组对比差异无显著性,与空白模型组对比,差异有非常显著意义。不同提取工艺比较,黄皮树根醇提组疗效优于水提组;粉僵蚕组优于水提僵蚕组;猪脾醇提组和干粉组疗效优于水提组;洋葱组两种提取工艺均有较好的疗效,两者比较,差异无显著性。本实验结果提示,黄皮树根降血糖有效成分有可能存在于醇提部分,僵蚕粉剂、猪脾醇提剂和干粉剂能更好地保存了药物的生物活性,而久煎法有可能使其有效成分遭受破坏。说明药物的提取方法,对疗效有着直接的影响。
Some simple and proved recipes screened are used in the experiment to treat alloxan-induced diabetes of model rats. The results indicated that ethanol extracts of Radix Clausenae and Splen Sus Scrofa Domesticae and Bulbus Allii, water extract of Semen Litchi, and powder of Bombyx Batryticatus lowered the blood glucose level. The effect did not show significant difference as compared with that of glibenclamide (P>0.05). Besides, the ethanol extract of Radix Clausenae was more effective than its' water extract, the powder of Bombyx Batryticatus than its water extract, the ethanol extract and powder of Splen Sus Scrofa Domesticae than its water extract (P<0.05). It is suggested that the active composition of Radix Clausenae are in the ethanol extract; the powder of Bombyx Batryticatus and Splen Sus Scrofa Domesticae, and the ethanol extract of Splen Sus Scrofa Domesticae can keep the active composition from being destroyed, but the [decocting method may destroy the composition. Therefore it is proved that the method to extract drugs is closely related to the effect.
