摘要
本文利用2011年CHARLS全国基线调查数据,通过建构医疗服务利用模型,采用两部模型法,对5806名农村老年居民住院服务利用的影响因素进行了实证研究。研究结果表明,农村老年居民较之全年龄农村居民有着特别的住院服务利用的行为模式。除了自身健康受损情况的影响之外,是否有医保对其住院利用概率有重要影响,同时住院支出则是其他家庭因素综合影响的结果。由此可见,发展大病医疗保险和优化农村三级卫生机构的住院服务供给类型,是充分释放并满足农村老年居民住院服务需求的政策要点。
Using the data of 2011 CHARLS Wavel （Baseline） , we process an empirical analy- sis on the utilization of in-patient service and their influencing factors among 5806 old residents in rural China by constructing two-part model of the utilization of in-patient service. The result indi- cates that the pattern of in-patient service utilization by elderly is different from that by all the resi- dents in rural area. Except for the factor of their own impaired health which influences the probabili- ty of in-patient service utilization, there is another important factor, whether they have the medical insurance. Meanwhile, in-patient expenditure is affected by other family factors synthetically. In conclusion, developing the insurance of serious diseases and optimizing in-patient service forms of three-level health agencies in rural area are the main points of the policy to release and meet the de- mand of in-patient service used by elderly in rural area.
