摘要
主要研究新型农村合作医疗保险对我国农村中老年人医疗服务利用的影响。采用CHARLS 2013年数据,以过去一年住院费作为衡量医疗服务利用的指标,通过两部模型法建立我国中老年人医疗服务利用的就诊概率和住院费用模型。结果发现,新型农村合作医疗保险对我国中老年人医疗服务利用的就诊概率和医疗卫生支出无显著作用,表明新型农村合作医疗保险的相关政策还需进一步调整,以便更好地服务参保者。
This article is emphasized on the influence of new rural cooperative medical insurance on medical service utilization amongmiddle aged and elderly people. By analyzing data of CHARLS 2013,A two-part model is used to estahospitalization cost model of medical service utilization, and the costs of hospitalization in the past year are measured to judge the medical service utilization. The results show that the new rural cooperative medical insurance on the use of medical services in China＇s probation rate and medical and health expenditure has no significant effect, indicating that the new rural cooperative medical insurance polito be further adjusted in order to better serve the insured.
