摘要
本文运用通痹灵治疗类风湿病52例,结果近期控制12例,占23.1％;显效16例,占30.8％;有效22例,占42.3％;总有效率96.2％。同时,在治疗前后观察了晨僵、握力、步行20m时间,关节疼痛、肿胀、关节功能及血色素、血沉、RF滴度,C反应蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、IgG、IgA、IgM、CH_50C3等临床和实验室指标的变化情况,并对此进行了疗效分析。经统计学处理,大部分指标经治疗后均有明显改善。通痹灵系以经方桂枝芍药知母汤加味研制而成的有效中成药,具祛风散寒除湿,活血通络止痛、调和营卫等功效,从而达到祛邪扶正的目的。其特点为:①消炎止痛作用较强,可明显改善临床症状,降低血沉、RF滴度及C反应蛋白等;②具免疫调节作用,可降低IgG、IgA、IgM等;③疗效持久,长期服用无毒副作用,服药安全、方便。
Fifty-two cases of rheumatoid disease were treated with Tong Bi Ling (a patent drug prepared based on modified prescription of Cinnmomi, Paeoniae and Anemarrhenae) and it was found that 12 cases were clinically relieved (23.1%), 16 were significantly effective (30.8%), 22 effective (42.3%), the total effective rate being 96.2%. Meanwhile, morning stiffness, grip strength, movement of joints, time of walking 20 meters, arthralgia, arthroneus, Hb, ESR, RF titer, C-reactive protein, serum aibumin and globulin, IgA, IgM, IgG, CH_(50) and C_3 were all recorded before and after treatment, and their changes were noted for therapeutic evaluation. Most of the above clinical and laboratory indexes were found to be of significant improvement statistically after treatment. Tong Bi Ling has the functions of dispelling cold-wind, removing dampness, promoting blood circulation, removing obstruction in the channels to relieve pain, regulating ying and wei, and eliminating pathogenic factors to support healthy qi. It has the characteristics as: 1) strong anti-inflammatory and analgesic actions, capable of improving clinical symptoms and reducing ESR, RF titer, and C-reactive protein; 2) immunoregulatory action, capable of reducing IgG, IgA, IgM, etc; 3) lasting effectiveness. Tong Bi Ling is safe and convenient because no toxic or side effects have been found after a long time of administration
