摘要
医院院务公开工作是实现医院科学管理、民主管理的重要载体。本文结合实践,就如何做好医院院务公开工作,从对制度的理性认知、实施过程要提升的意识、实施效果的判定要素等3个方面进行了分析思考,为今后更好地做好医院院务公开工作提供新思路和新视角。
Hospital affairs transparency is an important prerequisite for the scientific and democratic management of a hospital. The paper analyzes 3 aspects on how to improve the transparency of hospital affairs：comprehension of the mechanism, awareness of the implementation, and key criteria of the outcome to share with readers’ new ways of thinking on furthering hospital affairs transparency.
