摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法测定防风中补骨脂素的含量。色谱柱为APEX ODS柱 ;流动相为乙腈 80mmol/LpH4 0醋酸钠缓冲液 (2 5∶75 ) ;流速为1 0mL/min ;检测波长为 2 45nm ;以安息香为内标物。在补骨脂素浓度为 8～ 80 μg/mL时线性关系良好 ,相关系数r =0 9999。方法的日间精密度为 1 4% ,平均回收率为 97 2 %。测得防风生药中补骨脂素的含量为 12 1μg/
A reversed phase HPLC method was described for determination of psoralen in Saposhnikovia divaricata (Turcz.) Schischk. The sample was separated on an ODS column with the mobile phase of acetonitrile 80 mmol/L pH4 0 sodium acetate(25∶75). The flow rate was 1 0 mL/min, and the detection was set at 245 nm. Benzoin was used as the internal standard. The calibration curve was linear in the range 8～ 80 mg/L psoralen ( r = 0 999 9 ). The inter day RSD was 1 4%,the average recovery was 97 2%. The content of psoralen in Saposhnikovia divaricata (Turcz.)Schischk was 12 1 μg/g . The method is simple and accurate.
