摘要
目的探讨高三学生心肺复苏(CPR)理论知识和操作技能培训的效果及意义。方法采用多种培训形式相结合的方法对番禺区石碁第三中学的384名高三年级学生进行CPR理论知识和操作技能的培训,在培训前后对其CPR理论知识和技能进行考核评估。结果发现384名高三学生对CPR理论知识和操作技能普遍缺乏了解与认知。通过培训对比,其心肺复苏理论知识考核合格率由培训前的6%上升至培训后的96%,两组前后得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);培训后心肺复苏操作技能考核的合格率为100%。结论高三学生在培训前对CPR相关知识普遍缺乏了解,培训后全员通过考核,说明培训效果明显,建议尽早将CPR知识纳入学校必修课程。
Objective To explore the effect and the significance of cardiopulmonary resuscitation( CPR) theoretical knowledge and operating skills training of grade three students. Methods Using a variety of combination training modes to do cardiopulmonary resuscitation knowledge and skills training for 384 grade three students in Panyu District Shiqi Third Senior High Middle School. Then doing cardiopulmonary resuscitation in theoretical knowledge and skills assessment before and after training. Results It was found that 384 senior students generally lacked the understanding and cognition of cardiopulmonary resuscitation knowledge and skills training. By contrast,the theoretical knowledge examination qualified rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation increased from 6% pre training to 96% after training,with statistically significant difference( P < 0. 01); training qualified rate operation skills examination of cardiopulmonary resuscitation was 100%. Conclusion High school students lack the related knowledge before the training of CPR. All staff pass the examination after training. The training effect is obvious,so CPR knowledge should be contained in the school curriculum.
