摘要
智利以其丰富的矿产资源和健全稳定的法律框架逐渐成为矿业投资热点国。但我国矿业企业对外投资经验不足,加大了矿业对外直接投资的风险和政策障碍的不可遇见性,导致了对外直接投资成本越来越高,已成为我国矿业企业对外投资最大威胁。因此本文通过对智利矿业法律制度、矿业公司类型和外商投资法律制度的研究,从法律实务角度探讨在智利进行矿业投资的规则与策略,为我国企业进入智利矿业投资市场提供必要的投资信息。
Under the situation of economic globalization,Chile because of the rich mineral resources and a sound legal system has become a hot spot for investment Mining. However,deficient experience of Chinese mining industry to Foreign Direct Investment（FDI） will increase unforeseeable difficulties of risk of FDI and policy obstacle for mining industry, and cause increase of FDI cost, which is the biggest threat of sustainable development of China＇s mining enterprises to invest overseas. This article consists of the introduction of Mining concessions of Chile, the types of mining companies and foreign legal investment system, and discusses the legal admittance of Chile mining investment and provide some necessary information of laws for China＇s enterprises entering the Chilean mining investment market.
