摘要
随着国民经济的快速发展,我国对矿产资源的需求持续增长,在国内矿产资源难以满足的情况下,进行境外矿业开发成为我国矿业公司的必然选择。本文概述了我国矿业公司在进行境外矿业开发时能遇到的各种风险,如何对风险进行识别和评估,以及在项目实施过程中如何控制和防范风险。
With the fast development of national economy, the need of mineral resources will significant increment. China mineral company has to exploit foreign mineral resources on the condtion of internal resources neck-bottle. The paper introduces some kinds of venture within foreign mineral development process, and how to identify and evaluate vennture. Finally, the paper also put forward some prevention method.
