摘要
用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对成都地区40头荷斯坦牛乳蛋白多态性进行检测。结果表明：αs1－CN和α－La均分别只表现出BB一种基因型：β－CN有AA和AB两种基因型，AA型和A基因频率分别为0．9500和0．9750；β－La表现出AA、AB和BB三种基因型，B基因频率高于A基因。
Milk protein polymorphisms in Chinese Holsteins from Chengdu region were typed by PAGE． Only B variants were detected respectively for α sl－Casein and α－Lactalbumin loci There were two kinds of genotypes（AA and AB） of β－Casein， and the frequency of AA genotype and A gene was 0．9500 and 0．9750 respectively Three genotypes（AA， AB and BB）were identified for β－Lactoglobulin locus． The frequency of β－Lactoglobulin B gene was higher than A gene．
