摘要
在评述奶牛β-乳球蛋白遗传多态性的基础上,对乳蛋白的基本特征、蛋白多态性以及与泌乳性能等生产性状之间的相关关系进行了相应的阐述,并探讨了乳蛋白多态性在家畜育种中的应用前景。
The general characteristics, polymorphisms and their relationships with the milk production and reproduction traits of the cow＇s milk were reviewed. The perspectives for applications of the milk protein polymorphisms in animal breeding were discussed in this article, too.
