摘要
观察克肝脂胶囊对由不同方法所致的大鼠脂肪肝的预防和治疗作用。结果表明，克肝脂胶囊不仅能降低脂肪肝动物血清和肝脏中总胆固醇和甘油三酯的含量，而且能升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的含量，同时还能明显改善因脂肪肝而引起的动物肝组织损伤程度，对动物脂肪肝具有较好的预防和治疗作用。
To observe the preventive and theraputic effects of Keganzhi capsules on the fatty liver rats induced with different methods. It showed that Keganzhi capsules could not only reduce the serum and liver levels of total cholesterol and triglyceride, but also incease the level of high density lipoprotein(HDL) and improve the damaged liver tissue in the animal model with fatty liver. Therefore Keganzhi capsules had a better preventive and theraputic effect on these rats.
