摘要
[目的]寻找高活性的二卤代吡唑酰胺类化合物并进行结构优化。[方法]通过二卤代氯虫苯甲酰胺结构中的吡唑环,设计合成一系列二卤代的吡唑酰胺类化合物。[结果]合成了12个结构新颖的二卤代吡唑酰胺类化合物,结构经过1H NMR和Elemental Analysis确证。[结论]杀虫活性测试结果表明:部分化合物在0.05 mg/L时对小菜蛾具有较高的致死率。
[Aims] The purpose of this article is to search for novel dihalo-pyrazol acetamides with high insecticidal activity and then to carry out structural optimization. [Methods] A series of novel dihalo-pyrazol acetamides were designed and synthesized around the structure of chlorantraniliprole. [Results] 12 Novel dihalo-pyrazol acetamides were synthesized, and their structures were confirmed by 'H NMR and elemental analysis. [Conclusions] The insecticidal activity test results against caterpillar indicated that some of the compounds showed higher activity at 0.05 mg/L.
