摘要
[目的]研发高抑菌活性的1,2,4-三唑硫醚酰胺类化合物。[方法]以3,4,5-三甲氧苯甲酸、氨基硫脲为原料,经缩合、环化等反应合成了10个1,2,4-三唑硫醚酰胺类化合物,并对目标化合物进行了抑菌活性测试。[结果]目标化合物均通过1H NMR、13C NMR、MS和IR进行了结构确证。抑菌活性测试结果表明:化合物质量浓度在50 mg/L时,化合物6a^6j对猕猴桃软腐病中的拟茎点霉菌(Phomopsis sp.)和灰霉菌(Botrytis cinerea)表现出较好的抑制活性。[结论]1,2,4-三唑硫醚酰胺类化合物具有较好的抑菌活性,为进一步开发高活性化合物奠定基础。
[Aims] This study aims to develop 1,2,4-triazole thioether amides with high fungicidal activity.[Methods] Ten thioether amide derivates containing 1,2,4-triazole were synthesized from 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzoic acid and thiosemicarbazide by reactions of condensation, cyclization, etc and the fungicidal activity of the target compounds was tested.[Results] The title compounds were characterized by1 H NMR,13 C NMR, MS and IR. The results of fungicidal activity test showed that compounds 6 a-6 j exhibited good activity against Phomopsis sp. and Botrytis cinerea of soft rot at the concentration of 50 mg/L.[Conclusions] 1,2,4-Triazole thioether amide derivates showed good fungicidal activity. It will lay a foundation for further development of highly active compounds.
