摘要
该文介绍了频域动态修正方法的原理及存在问题 ,采用在传感器之后增加一动态补偿环节来改善传感器之性能 ,探讨了补偿环节频率响应函数的求取方法 ,讨论了动态补偿数字滤波器的设计方法及传感器存在动态误差的判据 ,通过典型传感器的动标数据 ,用基于沃尔什函数的最小二乘建模方法获取该传感器之传递函数 ,设计了相应的动态补偿数字滤波器 ,并进行了计算机仿真计算。
A dynamic indemnifying method is used behind the transducer to improve transducer's performance.The principle of normal frequency domain dynamic correction method and its existing problems are also introduced in this paper,and the method of getting compensation segmert's frequency response function is also discussed.The dynamic compensation digital filter's designing method and criterion for dynamic error are discussed.According to typical transducer's dynamic calibrated data,least square method based on volsh function is used to obtain the transducer's transfer function.The corresponding dynamic indemnifying digital filter is designed and the simulation calculation is made by computer.
