摘要
新经济需要新教育 ,高校人才培养必须以培养创造性人才为目标 ,从人本主义的教育哲学切入 ,建立“以人为本”的教育观 ;以个性化教育方式为基础 ,积极开展创造教育 ;以创造教育为中心 。
New economy calls for new education ,talent fostering should aim at educating talents with creative ability. Education that fosters students with creative thought should follow the principles of humanism, start from human needs' and adopt methods which look to the individual development. Therefore, the reform with the teaching management in higher education should centre around the establishment of an education fostering creation.
