摘要
采用浸提法,用95%乙醇为溶剂得到紫茎泽兰、薇甘菊、三叶鬼针草、肿柄菊、酢浆草5种外来入侵植物的茎叶提取物。将植物提取物稀释成1、5、10倍液,在室内用微量点滴法,测定其于24h、48h、72h内对月季长管蚜的触杀效果。结果表明,紫茎泽兰和薇甘菊对月季长管蚜的触杀效果明显高于三叶鬼针草、肿柄菊和酢浆草;5种植物提取物的触杀效果在不同浓度梯度上都无显著差异;肿柄菊植物提取物对月季长管蚜的触杀效果在时间上有极显著差异,其他4种的触杀效果在时间上呈显著差异,都在0~24h内触杀效果最好。
By using 95 % ethyl alcohol, stems and leaves extract from Eupatorium adenophorum, Mikania micrantha, Bidens pilosa, Tithonia diversifolfa, Oxalis corniculata were extracted. Every kind of extract was diluted to 3 concentrations of 1, 5 and 10 times. The bioassays of contact toxicity on M. rosivorum were tested by microdrip at 24 h, 48 h and 72 h in laboratory. The results indicated that the contact toxicity on Eupatorium adenophorum, Mikania micrantha apparently higher than the others, contact toxicity of the five plant extracts showed no significant difference in different concentration, contact toxicity of Tithonia diversifolfa showed extremely significant difference in different time, and the other 4 invasive plants showed significant difference.
