摘要
采用QC小组模式对溶(土)洞注浆工程前期调查、目标设定、对策制定、技术执行和后期检查等阶段进行管理,并对其在注浆合格率的影响程度进行量化,结果表明:QC小组在提高注浆合格率、避免返工等方面具有显著功效。
The QC group mode is adopted herein to supervise cave grouting project in terms of preliminary investigation, goal setting, strategy formulation, technology implementation and post-inspection. The effect of QC group on the pass rate of cave grouting is also quantified. The re- sults indicate that QC group is efficient in improving the grouting pass rate and avoiding rework.
