在丰顺清潭隧道施工中,由于进行了全面质量管理,运用PDCA循环原理,建立QC小组对关键工序和特殊工序推行全过程质量控制和攻关;适时采用新技术、新工艺、新结构、新材料;确保了丰顺清潭隧道的顺利建成通车,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
During Fengshun Qingtan Tunnel construction,thanks to overall quality management,QC team is established for quality control and technical breakthrough during the whole process of the key procedure and special procedure using PDCA cycle principle.New technology,new process,new structure and new material are properly applied to ensure successful completion of Fengshun Qingtan Tunnel and opening to traffic,which achieved good economic and social benefits.
