精细化管理是现代医院管理的发展方向,是提高医院医疗质量与运行效率的必然途径.因此,厘清精细化管理的溯源及理论体系,聚焦精细化管理理论的最新进展,对精细化管理的贯彻与实践有着重要意义.从精细化管理的发展起源探析为起点,剖析精细化管理的内涵及发展,对协同精益管理链的理论进行探讨.
Refined management, as the development trend of modern hospital management, is indispensable for hospitals to improve medical quality and operating efficiency. Therefore,it is of great significance to clarify the origin of refined management and its theoretical system, and focus on the latest advance of refined management theories in the implementation. Starting with the exploration of the development origin of refined management, the authors analyze the connotation and development of refined management and probe into the theories of synergetic lean management chain.
