摘要
在指出创新型医院核心特点的基础上,论述了医院的创新发展需要依赖于人才培养和学科建设的双轮驱动。在分析研究人才培养和学科建设的新形势、新情况和新问题,把握新规律的基础上,提出了医院在人才培养和学科建设中的一系列创新性举措。
Based on the core characteristics of the innovation hospital, the author points out the two linked pivots of the innovative development of the hospital, talent training and discipline construction.With an analysis of the new situation, new circumstances, new problems and new laws in talent training and discipline construction, this paper proposes a series of new measures for. talent training and discipline constructionin the hospital.
