摘要
多级射孔与桥塞联作是套管完井页岩气水平井试气工程重要配套技术,射孔为分段加砂压裂建立流体运移通道,桥塞用于分段隔离井筒。水力泵送能在大斜度和水平段顺利输送射孔枪与桥塞工具串,使用磁定位仪测量套管接箍曲线校正深度、分级点火和系统安全控制有效,施工效率高,能够满足页岩气井试气工程需要。
The combination of graded perforation and bridge plug is a complete set of techniques in gas testing of shale -gas horizontal wells with perforated casing completiorL Perforation process is used to establish fluid migration channel for block sand fracturing and bridge plug is used for sectional isolating wellbore. Hydraulic pumping can push perforation gun and tool string through slope and horizontal segment. The application of magnetic position indi- cator in surveying casing coupling curve ensures accuracy of depth correction. Both graded ignition and system safety control are effective. Efficiency of operation is desirable. All this can meet shale--gas well testing needs.
