摘要
针刺治疗心绞痛历史悠久,改善症状疗效肯定,但心绞痛是一重大慢性疾病并且预后不良,针刺治疗需要考虑多种相关影响因素,通过对既往文献分析及疾病自身特点,提出临床可以从针刺选穴配穴规律、电针参数选择、各种危险因素的控制、心理干预和加强沟通等方面着手提高针刺治疗心绞痛的临床疗效,同时也要重视改善患者预后,使针灸这一传统疗法在心绞痛的防治中发挥更重要的作用。
Acupuncture treatment of angina pectoris has a long history, clinical studies have demonstrated that acupuncture can improve symptoms, but the angina pectoris is a major chronic disease and poor prognosis, acupuncture treatment need to consider a variety of related influencing factors, based on the previous literature analysis and disease characteristics, this paper puts forward that clinical practice can according to principles for point selection and method of compatibility of points, electric acupuncture parameter selection, the control of various risk factors, the psychological intervention and strengthen communication to improve the clinical curative effect of acupuncture treatment of angina pectoris, but also attaches great importance to improving the prognosis of patients, making the traditional acupuncture therapy play a more important role in the prevention and treatment of angina.
