摘要
分析当前高层次人才竞争的特点和影响高层次人才流动的因素,直面困难,查找不足,主动迎接挑战,探索一条符合地方高校特色的高层次人才引进之路,对于推进地方高校人才强校战略,提升核心竞争力,具有十分重要的意义。
With the characteristics of high-level tale nt competition and factors influencing the mobility of high-level talents analyzed,the paper tries to find out problems so as to explore a way of talent introduction which is in accordance with the features of local colleges and universities. The study is of great importance to propel the implementation of the strategy of strengthening a college through talents and to enhance the core competitiveness of local colleges and universities.
