摘要
教学研究工作是促进教学活动开展、提升人才培养质量的重要保障。基于教学工作实际,分析了现阶段教学研究管理工作存在的问题,提出了推进教学研究工作二级管理的具体原则,以及明确职责、合理下拨经费、实施业绩考核等二级管理的具体做法。
The job of teaching and research is to promote the teaching activities and improve the quality of talent cultivation. Based on teaching practice ,the paper summarized the problems existing in present teaching and research management, and put forward principles to implement a two-level management. Specific ways to implement the management are then presented,i.e, clarifying responsibilities,properly allocating funds, applying a two-level performance evaluation.
