摘要
蕨菜是凤尾厥科多年生草本植物,兼有食用与药用价值。其营养丰富,含有16种氨基酸及多种微量元素。蕨菜全草可入药,具清热、降压、化痰、利尿、滋补等功效,就蕨菜的营养成分、化学成分、药用价值、开发利用现状及前景做一综述。
Pteridium aquilinum var.latiusculum was the perennial herbaceous plants. It has the edible and medicinal value. It contains rich nutrition, 16 amino acid and various kinds of trace elements. The whole plant has medicinal value. Such as reducing fever, lowering blood pressure, Resolving phlegm, diuresis, nourishing action .This paper introduced the nutrient composition, chemical composition, medicinal value, development and utilization status and prospects of Pteridium aquilinum var.latiusculum.
