摘要
为实现对多个磁保持继电器同时进行机械寿命试验,以C8051F201单片机为主控单元,辅以外围电源电路、驱动电路、电压监控电路与液晶显示电路等,并结合相应的软件设计,组成一个磁保持继电器机械寿命试验控制系统。该控制系统可同时对30个磁保持继电器进行机械寿命试验,最多可进行1 000 000次试验,系统实际运行稳定,抗干扰能力强,满足磁保持继电器的机械寿命试验的测试要求,为磁保持继电器的质量改进与可靠性分析提供了依据。
To realize the mechanical life test of multiple magnetic latching relays,build a control system which includes hardware design and software design,the hardware design is consist by the core control components C8051F201 micro-controller,external power supply circuit,drive circuit,voltage monitoring circuit,liquid crystal display circuit and so on.The control system can let 30 magnetic latching relays do mechanical life test simultaneously,and can test 1000000 times at most.The control system has a strong ability in anti-interference and stable running.meets the requirement of the mechanical life test for magnetic latching relay,and provides basis for quality improvement and reliability analysis.
