电子激光步枪电控系统设计

摘要 传统的射击运动训练中,子弹通常使用铅为制造材料,高压气罐为推动力。金属铅是一种有毒物质,同时气罐的安全系数相对较低。随着射击运动的不断普及与发展,设计了一种激光步枪电子控制系统,有效解决了子弹材料问题和安全问题。激光步枪采用低成本高性能单片机为控制核心,外部硬件模块主要包括激光指示驱动模块、无线数据通信模块、扳机压力实时监测模块、后坐力撞击模拟模块等,可以定性、定量的分析训练过程中更多行为获得更多训练数据。该技术可以完全模拟真实气枪打靶训练和操作体验,效果良好。 In traditional shooting training,the material of bullets is always use lead which is a toxic substance and the driver of bullets is high pressure gas tank with low safety factor.With the popularization and development of shooting,an electronic control system of laser rifle is designed in this paper,which effectively solves the problems of bullet material and safety.The control core of laser rifle system use low-cost and high-performance single chip as microcomputer.The external hardware module includes laser diode driver,wireless data communication,trigger pressure monitoring in real-time and simulation of recoil and so on.More behavior and data in the training process can be analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively.This electronic laser rifle can completely simulate the traditional air gun training and operation experience very well.
