摘要
设计了以MSP430单片机为核心的CO2/O2双气体探测器。该探测器采用基于非分光红外(NDIR)原理的CO2数字传感器,通过数字总线获取CO2浓度信息。采用基于电化学原理的氧气传感器,通过模拟信号调理电路和单片机内置AD采集模块,获取氧气浓度信息。通过单片机内置的温度传感器采集温度,进行温度补偿。通过校准操作和特殊算法,补偿传感器的零点漂移和非线性。最后通过RS485总线,将测量数据远传,以便组成智能化传感器网络。
Designed double gas detection,which used MSP430 single chip as the main microcontroller.The detector used a high precision non dispersive infrared sensor to detect carbon dioxide.With I/O mouth of MSP430 singlechip simulated I2C protocol to read the concentration of CO2.Used the principle of electrochemical to detect oxygen.after amplification,filtering,the signal was send to the single chip microcomputer,which has a high precision 16 bit ADC.after temperature compensation,high and low points calibration,Output the measured concentration of O2.Through RS485 serial port communication,the two types of measured gas density is sent to the handheld meter or upper machine (PC),realizing double gas detection.
