铁线莲属蒙药材中黄酮和三萜类化合物的薄层鉴别 被引量:4

摘要 目的:鉴别铁线莲属蒙药材中黄酮和三萜类化合物。方法:硅胶GF254预制薄层板,以甲苯-乙酸乙酯-甲酸(9:3:1)为展开剂展开,1%三氯化铝乙醇溶液显色,于365nm下检识黄酮类化合物;以甲苯-乙酸乙酯-冰乙酸(14:4:0.5)为展开剂展开,香草醛浓硫酸溶液为显色剂,显色,检识三萜类化合物。结果:棉团铁线莲醇提物在与山奈酚标准品相应位置显出同样斑点,芹叶铁线莲、黄花铁线莲、长瓣铁线莲、短尾铁线莲、棉团铁线莲和辣蓼铁线莲醇提物在与槲皮素标准品相应位置显出同样斑点;芹叶铁线莲、黄花铁线莲、长瓣铁线莲、短尾铁线莲、棉团铁线莲和辣蓼铁线莲醇提物在与齐墩果酸和熊果酸标准品相应位置显出同样斑点。结论:棉团铁线莲中含有山奈酚,芹叶铁线莲、黄花铁线莲、长瓣铁线莲、短尾铁线莲、棉团铁线莲和辣蓼铁线莲中均含有槲皮素和齐墩果酸。 Objective : To identify flavonoids and triterpenoid saponins of traditional Mongolian crude drugs in Clematis. Method : Thin - layer chromatography (TLC) were carried out. The separation was performed on pre - coated TLC GF254 silica - gel plate stationary phase with methylbenzene - ethyl acetate - formic acid (9:3 : 1 ) as mobile phase ( solvent system), 1% AIC13 alcoholic solution as derivation reagent. Flavonoids were detected at 365mn with UV lamp. And the separation was performed with methyl benzene - ethyl acetate - glacial acetic acid ( 14:4:0.5 ), vanillin - sulfuric acid solution was as visualizing reagent, then triterpene saponins were detected in the sample. Results: Kaempferol was detected in extract of Clematis hexapetala and Quercetin was detec ted in Clematis aethusifolia , C. intricate , C. macropetala , C. brevicaudata , C. hexapetala and C. mandshurica. Oleanic acid was also detected in six species of plant mentioned above. Conclusion: Clematis hexapetala contains Kaempferol. Quercetin and Oleanic acid were contained in Clematis aethusifolia , C. intricate , C. macropetala , C. brevicaudata , C. hexapetala and C. mandshurica.
