摘要
依据国内外的实例,明确气象指数农业保险的定义、设计方法和要求。从技术方法的角度,探讨时间、空间和作物种类及农业技术措施基本风险的主要特征及其降低途径,以及长周期气候事件对气象指数农业保险的影响及其应对策略,为国内进一步开展政策性或商业性气象指数农业保险提供借鉴和参考。
According to many domestic and international living examples,the definition,the design method and requirements of agricultural insurance were definited.This paper discussed the principal characteristics and possible solutions of the temporal,spatial and crop-specific,basis risk and the coping strategy of the long-range climatic events which affected on weather index agricultural insurance in the view of technology,in order to provide references for further carrying out weather index agricultural insurance in China.
