摘要
公交都市建设是一个全新理念和综合性的系统化工程。在理论上它需要政府规制、城市规划、城镇建设、市场运作等诸多方面的有力支撑,在实际运作中,需要政府相关部门、国家、企业及资方的协调落实。本文以太原城市及公交企业现状为范例,以公共交通的共性理论为依据,提出在太原城市"南迁东移"的发展战略过程中,推进关于公交都市建设的一些建议。
The bus urban construction is a new idea and comprehensive systems engineering. In theory, it needs the strong support of government regulation, city planning, urban construction and the operation of the market, and many other aspects, in actual operation, it requires the relevant government departments, coordination of nation- al, corporate and management implement. In this paper, taking Taiyuan city as an example and public transportation enterprise present situation, to the common theory of public traffic as the basis, the author tries to put forward sug- gestions of bus urban construction in the process of Taiyuan city development strategy of ＂Moving to the South and the East＂.
