摘要
全面推进素质教育,培养创新型高素质复合型人才是高校的基本职责。加强素质教育必须要求教师在课堂教学过程中注重培养学生的创新能力、知识迁移能力、解决问题能力,充分发挥素质教育在教育教学过程的作用,充分挖掘力学教学细节,提高教学水平,激发学生的学习兴趣。
It is the prim ary duty of higher learning institutions to prom ote the quality-oriented education com prehensively and cultivate the innovative high quality and inter-disciplinary talents. Enhancing the quality-oriented education requires teachers to focus on the training of students＆#39; innovative ability, know ledge-transferring and problem -solving abilities in the classroom teaching process; to fully exert the function of quality-oriented education in the teaching process; to deeply explore the details of m echanics education; and to intrigue the students＆#39; interest in learning by im proving the teaching quality.
