摘要
自上世纪90年代起,俄罗斯远东开发战略就进入了具体实施阶段。内蒙古作为我国向北开放的桥头堡,应注重与俄罗斯在口岸对接、边境相连的地缘优势基础上,加强两地的通道合作,通过"点、线、面"战略、"点、线、场"战略及"点、线、港"战略的规划与实施,凸显两地在东北亚国际物流通道中的地位和作用,提升两地的合作水平。
The development of Russian Far East in 1990s has brought developing opportunity to neighhoring areas.As the forefront of China＇ s north open policy, Inner Mongolia is adjacent to the border of Russian North East, which has carried on the safety defence task eor the country in history. However, in the new historic period, Inner Mongolia is facing the huge task of economic development Based on the geographic advantages of these two regions, this paper puts forward of the strategic cooperation mode of these two regions so as to highlight the role of these two regions in the international logistics channel of northeast areas to improve the cooperation standard of these two regions.
