摘要
随着内蒙古与俄罗斯贸易的快速发展,内蒙古对俄罗斯物流越来越受到人们的关注和重视。分析内蒙古对俄罗斯口岸物流的现状,针对其中存在的口岸基础设施落后、资金投入不足、产业结构不合理等问题,内蒙古应发挥市场的决定性作用,打造物流品牌;完善口岸功能,推动对俄运输大通道建设;吸引民间资本,发挥官产学研合力等,以实现内蒙古对俄物流合作的跨越式发展。
With the rapid development of trade between Inner Mongolia and Russia, the logistics of Inner Mongolia to Russia has drawn more and more attention. Analyzing the present situation of port logistics in Inner Mongolia to Russia, the problems arises as following of infrastructure lagging behind, the insufficient capital investment, the unreasonable industrial structure. Whereas the above situations, Inner Mongolia should play the decisive role of the market with building logistics brand, perfect the function of ports to promote the building of the Russian Transport Corridor （Channel）, and attract folk capitals to exert the powerful role of coordination from governments, industries, academics and research, in purpose to realize the great leap forward development of logistics from Inner Mongolia to Russia.
