摘要
劳动关系是重要的社会关系之一。我国正处于发展的重要战略机遇期,同时又处于劳动关系矛盾的凸显期和由个别劳动关系向集体劳动关系的转型期,以及实现和谐集体劳动关系的关键期。劳动关系的集体化转型意味着政府的工作方式、管理模式也需要做出相应的改变,立足于从根源上消解劳动矛盾,以法治规范劳动关系,完善一体多元的劳动关系调整系统,是政府构建和谐集体劳动关系的路径选择。
Labor relations are an important aspect of social relations. As China is in a strategic social transition phase, labor troubles are on the rise and are shifting from the old mode of the individual vs. management to the new mode of collective labor conflicts. The transition towards the collective in labor relations means that government intervention must also make adjustments in work and management modes in order to nip the troubles in the bud. Regulate labor relations by enacting laws and perfect a labor relations adjustment mechanism informed by diversity is the proper administrative approach to constructing harmonious labor relations.
