摘要
目的:观察口服补阳还五汤,配合外敷七厘散治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床疗效。方法:将60例符合标准的腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为两组,每组30例,两组患者无显著差异,具有可比性。两组都给予牵引、按摩、理疗等基础治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予盐酸乙哌立松片,甲钴胺片等药物,治疗组给予口服补阳还五汤,配合外敷七厘散进行治疗。治疗6周,观察治疗前后两组患者的VAS评分,JOA评分,肌电图以及临床疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组患者的VAS评分显著降低,JOA评分和肌电图改善明显,而治疗组的JOA评分和肌电图更显著;治疗组患者显效率显著高于对照组。结论:口服补阳还五汤,配合外敷七厘散治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者可以取得较好的疗效疗效。
Objective： To observe the effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Qili Powder for external ap- plication in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation. Method：60 patients met the standard lumbar disc hernia- tion were randomly divided into two groups, 30 patients in each. The two groups had no significant difference. The two groups were given basic treatment such as traction, massage and physical therapy, on this basis, the control group was giv- en ethyl piperazine hydrochloride tablets and other drugs, and the treatment group received Buyang Huanwu Decoction o- rally combined with Qili Powder for external application. 6 weeks treatment later, VAS scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,JOA score, EMG, and clinical efficacy were observed and compared. Result： Treatment group and control group＇s VAS scores significantly reduced and the JOA score was improved significantly and EMG as well as JOA score of the treatment group was more significant and the effective rate was significantly higher. Conclusion：Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Qili Powder for external application in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation can a- chieve better efficacy.
