摘要
首次通过试验给出了中碳钢 ( 4 5 #)在不同参数组合下的极限变形程度 ,并与低碳钢材料 ( 2 0 #钢、2 0 Cr钢 )的极限变形程度进行了比较 ;分析了厚径比及模具锥角对极限变形程度的影响 ;
The data of limit reductions under the condition of different parameters combinations of medium carton steel (45 #) are provided by experimental study,and compared with the data of limit reductions of low carbon steel.The influence of thickness-diameter ratio and die angle on the limit reductions and the practical data are also provided in this paper.
