摘要
采用球形速度场建立实心棒开式冷挤压的数学模型,应用上限法推算出极限允许变形程度与可行入模角2个基本工艺参数,设计了工艺方案及模具。采用磷皂化与涂敷水剂石墨2种工艺润滑方式,对理论推算结果进行了实验验证与修正,最后给出了保证工艺稳定、可靠定量数据。
A mathematic model of cold extrusion for solid bar open-die was established in terms of the spherical velocity field. Two basic theoretical parameters of allowable maximum deformation and die cone angle were derived by means of upper-bound method. The experimental scheme and the associated die for open-die cold extrusion were designed. The two theoretical parameters were verified and corrected via the lubrication patterns of phosphate and soaping treatment and smearing aquadag. Applicable quantitative data for reliable process were provided.
