摘要
以高效液相色谱法检测２ － 氯吩噻嗪及有关杂质。色谱条件： 色谱柱用Ｚｏｒｂａｘ Ｃ１８ 柱， （５ μｍ ， ４－６ ×１５０ ｍ ｍ） ， 检测波长２５４ ｎｍ ， 流动相： 磷酸盐缓冲液（ｐＨ＝ ３－３） － 乙腈（４０∶６０ ， Ｖ／ Ｖ） 。杂质分离情况良好。实验表明２ － 氯吩噻嗪易被氧化， 对光具有不稳定性， 应避光操作。
A HPLC method is developed to detect 2-Chloro-Phenotiazine and impurities.Chromatographic conditions are:column Zorbax ODS,4 6×150mm,5μm,detection wavelength 254nm, mobile phase:phosphate buffer at pH 3 3-acetonitrile(40∶60, V/V ).The results showed that this method is more efficient for separating the related substances in 2-Chloro-Phenotiazine. Results showed that 2-Chloro-Phenotiazinecan was oxidized easily and decomposed when exposed to light. It should be kept in an airtight container and protected from light.
