摘要
以高效液相色谱法检测2 - 氯吩噻嗪及有关杂质。色谱条件: 色谱柱用Zorbax C18 柱, (5 μm , 4-6 ×150 m m) , 检测波长254 nm , 流动相: 磷酸盐缓冲液(pH= 3-3) - 乙腈(40∶60 , V/ V) 。杂质分离情况良好。实验表明2 - 氯吩噻嗪易被氧化, 对光具有不稳定性, 应避光操作。
A HPLC method is developed to detect 2-Chloro-Phenotiazine and impurities.Chromatographic conditions are:column Zorbax ODS,4 6×150mm,5μm,detection wavelength 254nm, mobile phase:phosphate buffer at pH 3 3-acetonitrile(40∶60, V/V ).The results showed that this method is more efficient for separating the related substances in 2-Chloro-Phenotiazine. Results showed that 2-Chloro-Phenotiazinecan was oxidized easily and decomposed when exposed to light. It should be kept in an airtight container and protected from light.
