摘要
报道了用反相高效液相色谱法测定盐酸特拉唑嗪及其有关杂质含量的方法．采用ＯＤＳ色谱柱，乙腈—四氢呋喃—０．０１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ磷酸二氢钾（１５５８０）为流动相，对乙酰氨基酚为内标，紫外检测波长为２２２ｎｍ．实验获得了较为满意的结果．
A method was described for determining terazosin and impurities by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography.Terazosin and impurities in it were separated on a 200mm×4 6mm ODS-C 18 column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile,tetrahydrofuran and 0 01mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate(15∶5∶80)at a flow rate of 1 0mL/min and detected at 222nm.The relative standard deviation was less than 1 9%,and the recovery was more than 99 4%.The method is simple,rapid and sensitive.
