摘要
在镁合金中添加微量元素Mn和Sc,研究了其铸态、均匀化态与固溶处理态的微观组织,分析了合金化元素对镁合金时效硬化行为的影响。结果表明,复合添加Mn和Sc镁合金的挤压态组织明显细化,时效处理后析出的细小Mn2Sc相起到了明显的时效强化效果。
The microstmcture of as cast, homogenization, and solution treatment magnesium alloy with Mn and Sc were studied. And the effects of adding microaUoying elements on age harding were analyzed. The results show that the microstructure of alloy is obviously refined after adding Mn and Sc, and fine Mn2Sc precipitates after aging treatment play a significant role in the aging strengthening effect.
