摘要
西南交通大学峨眉校区实行党员培养教育进阶制度,以党员培养教育进阶制度培育大学生党员先进性,使大学生对党的认识、基本理论的掌握、先进性的体现更加清晰,目标更加明确,更好地发挥了党员先锋模范作用,已形成学生党员发展、培养教育、管理、激励全方面的系统工作机制。
Emei Campus of Southwest Jiaotong university has implemented the promoting system of party member education. The promoting system proves effective in enhancing college student Party members＇ understanding of the Party, mastering the Party＇s fundamental principles and as a result, promoting the embodiment of their advanced qualities and actualization of their exemplary vanguard role.
