摘要
高校扩招、市场经济带来的价值观的冲击和大学生就业的压力等 ,对高校大学生党员的培养、发展和教育工作产生了很大的影响。对此 ,应该进一步加强党建工作队伍的建设 ,端正大学生的入党动机 ,把握好发展党员的质与量的关系 ,充分发挥党员的先锋模范作用 ,促使大学生党员培养。
In recent years, the university's enlargement, the impact of market economy on value thought and the pressure from the university students' job-hunting and so on, have great effect on the work of cultivating, recruiting and educating of university student party members. So the party construction work team should be strengthened, the motive of joining the Party should be corrected, and the relationship between the quantity and the quality of recruiting Party members should be well balanced. It's necessary to use the model function of the Party member to urge the work of cultivating, recruiting and educating of university student party members to develop well along the right direction.
